Mr. Stefan Ewers studied in Germany and Australia, has 15 years of practical experience in Southeast Asia and heads the office of GvW Graf von Westphalen in Vietnam. Stefan advises foreign investors in Vietnam with a strong focus on Investments Law. Besides greenfield project in various fields (including the setup of production facilities, structuring of renewable energy projects and setup of distribution entities) he advises in M&A transactions and tax structuring with relation to Vietnam.
