Richard McClellan is a strategy advisor with over two decades of experience in economic reform, investment policy, and financial-sector development. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Advisory Council for the Vietnam International Financial Center (Da Nang), where he helps guide the city’s positioning within regional and global financial networks. Formerly the Vietnam Country Director for the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and a senior consultant with McKinsey & Company, he has advised the Government of Vietnam on financial-market modernization, FDI policy, and international economic integration.
