Ms. Lê Hoàng Yến is a pioneering figure in Vietnam’s MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry and a visionary leader in the fields of travel and technology. She is the Founder and CEO of TATINTA and the Chairwoman of Global DMC Vietnam, where she continues to shape the future of sustainable and innovative tourism in Vietnam and beyond.

With more than 20 years of strategic leadership and innovation, Ms. Yến has made significant contributions to transforming Vietnam’s tourism landscape. She founded CITE, the country’s first MICE company, marking a milestone in the development of professional event and business travel services in Vietnam. Building on this success, she later established TATINTA, the world’s first comprehensive travel ecosystem that integrates education, sustainable tourism, lifestyle, and medical travel.

Ms. Yến is also the visionary mind behind “Saigon – 100 Interesting Things,” a signature initiative developed in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism to promote the city’s unique attractions and experiences.
