Hai Dang is the Branch Director at Axon Active Vietnam and Vice Chairman of the Da Nang Software Association (DSA). With nearly 20 years of experience in project management, software development, and digital transformation, he plays a pivotal role in advancing Vietnam’s tech ecosystem.

At Axon Active, he leads strategic operations in Da Nang, fostering innovation and international collaboration. He is a driving force behind Agile and Scrum adoption in Vietnam’s IT education, and actively strengthens industry–academia partnerships, notably through MOUs with leading universities.

As Vice Chairman of DSA, Hai advocates for the growth of Da Nang’s software industry, promoting smart city initiatives, AI governance, and sustainable tech development. He leads the organizing team of DevDay Da Nang, the region’s largest annual IT event, connecting thousands of professionals, students, and businesses to shape the future of technology in Central Vietnam.
