With over 15 years of leadership in hospitality, she has been leading Silk Sense’s transformation toward a green luxury model that harmonizes 5 stars service with environmental responsibility. Vien drives initiatives on zero-plastic operations, waste-to-compost systems, renewable energy, and local community engagement. Her work emphasizes that sustainability is not a marketing slogan but an operational discipline that creates long-term value for both guests and employees.
