Dr. Anand Nayyar
Dr. Anand Nayyar received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Desh Bhagat University, India (2017), specializing in Wireless Sensor Networks, Swarm Intelligence, and Network Simulation. He is currently a Professor, Scientist, Vice-Chairman (Research), and Director of the IoT and Intelligent Systems Lab at the School of Computer Science, Duy Tan University, Da Nang, Vietnam.
Dr. Nayyar holds 280+ professional certifications (CISCO, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, Google, etc.) and has published 200+ research papers, 80+ conference papers, and 60+ book chapters with over 21,000 Google Scholar citations (H-index: 74). He has also authored or edited 70+ books and serves on committees for 600+ international conferences.
His intellectual property portfolio includes 18 Australian, 16 German, 13 UK, 4 Japanese, 44 Indian, and other global patents. He has received 55+ awards, including Distinguished Scientist Award (NUS), Obada Prize 2023, Lifetime Achievement Awards (2023–2024), and recognition among Asia’s Top 50 Academicians.
