Charaf Kadri is Country Head of Sandoz Vietnam, leading one of the fastest-growing country organizations in Sandoz’ International Region.

He assumed the position at the start of 2023, moving from Algeria where he had been Country Head of North West Africa for three years. Charaf brings with him over eighteen years of diverse experience in the pharmaceutical industry where he navigated through various commercial leadership roles covering many therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Hematology, Immunology and Rare Disease in different Biotechnology, Innovative and Generics multi-national companies spanning Eurasia, Africa, and the Middle East.
