Nhan is a business strategist and legal consultant with over 15 years of experience in investment, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Her role in Vietnam’s startup ecosystem was shaped early through the Innovation Partnership Program (IPP), where she contributed to ecosystem building in Hue and supported both international tech firms and local startups.

The insights and networks gained from IPP laid the foundation for the vision and direction of CoPLUS — a consultancy and incubation firm she co-founded. As CEO, she has led CoPLUS in delivering practical support to startups, facilitating foreign investment, and strengthening the capacity of the local innovation ecosystem. Through training programs, mentorship, and tailored consulting services, CoPLUS has become a trusted partner for entrepreneurs and ecosystem stakeholders in Central Vietnam. Its work spans legal advisory, strategic planning, and ecosystem development, with a focus on sustainable and inclusive growth.

With academic backgrounds in Business Administration and Law, she bridges legal frameworks with business strategy to help organizations thrive. She is passionate about building resilient ecosystems, mentoring entrepreneurs, and driving impactful change through collaboration and smart policy.
