Deutsche Bekleidungswerke Vietnam is Royal Spirit’s unique and state-of-the-art manufacturing complex that focuses on producing a broad range of fashion items comprising both knit and woven garments. Situated in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, the 5-storey, 18,000 square meter DBW opened in 2016. The meticulously designed and constructed facility earned Platinum status under both the U.S. Green Building Council (LEED) and the Vietnamese LOTUS accreditation system, making it Vietnam’s very first LEED accredited plant, designed with both systems’ standards. It is the first factory in Vietnam to be conceived, designed and built to such progressive standards, further proving Royal Spirit’s trailblazer status in setting industry standards in sustainability and eco-friendlines
