Head of the Swiss Financial Innovation Desk

Eva is head of the Swiss Financial Innovation Desk (FIND), an independent pilot within Switzerland’s Federal Department of Finance that acts as a central public hub for financial innovation to strengthen the Swiss financial sector. Under her lead, FIND got awarded as “Most Innovative Government Financial Services Switzerland 2025” by Global Finance. FIND reports to a steering board comprising senior management representatives of the State Secretariat for International Finance, General Secretariat of the Federal Department of Finance, Swiss National Bank, Swiss Financial Market Authority and Innosuisse (the Swiss Innovation Agency). Eva previously held executive positions with global companies in traditional and new finance. She specializes in build and change projects, and champions disruptive and fresh ideas and emerging technologies. She founded PEPPERMINTAS, a private initiative to inspire girls for STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and was voted ‘Top 10 Women in Tech to Follow’ in Switzerland by Women in Tech Switzerland in 2024. She is admitted to the New York and Zurich bar.

The Swiss Financial Innovation Desk (FIND) acts on a mandate by the Federal Council arising from the Digital Finance Report of February 2022. The goal is to strengthen the financial sector in Switzerland in an inclusive and sustainable way. As a central public hub for all financial innovation matters in Switzerland, FIND will bring together innovation projects, research, investors and authorities at national and international level and facilitate exchanges between the various stakeholders. In the initial phase, FIND is established as an independent unit within the Federal Department of Finance. It reports to a Steering Board consisting of senior management representatives of the State Secretariat for International Finance, the General Secretariat of the Federal Department of Finance, the Swiss National Bank, the Swiss Financial Market Authority and Innosuisse.
