Mr. Truong is the Vice Chairman of Global Integration Business Consultants (GIBC) and Deputy Director of the Institute for Circular Economy Development (ICED) at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. He is also the Founder and Deputy Director General of the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) Ho Chi Minh City, where he champions innovation and sustainable development. Formerly the President of the Ho Chi Minh City Young Businesspeople Association (YBA), he continues to play a leading role in fostering circular economy initiatives, digital transformation, and business ecosystem growth in Vietnam.
