Marco Förster is the ASEAN Director at Dezan Shira & Associates, based in Hanoi. He advises investors on regional expansion, compliance, and growth strategies across Southeast Asia. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has supported numerous Swiss companies in establishing and scaling operations across the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Förster has served as a trade advisor at multiple G20 summits, chaired the SME Forum of the EU Chamber of Commerce in China, and collaborated with Swiss institutions including UBS and EHL. He holds an economics degree from Hangzhou and a postgraduate business degree from Melbourne.
