Mr. Hai Bui is currently the Head of Retail Banking at Vikki Digital Bank. With a solid foundation in finance and banking combined with extensive experience in technology, he has many years of experience leading digital transformation and banking development projects in Vietnam.

Prior to joining Vikki, he held several senior positions, including Deputy CEO and Chief Transformation Officer at Timo Digital Bank, Director of Business and Technology Transformation at Techcombank, and Head of Digital Banking Development at ACB.

Beyond the banking sector, Mr. Hai Bui has also founded and led several Fintech, HealthTech, and eCommerce business, reflecting his strong passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.

An engineer by training with degrees from the University of Maryland and Columbia Business School (USA), he stands out for his ability to combine technical thinking with business strategy to drive comprehensive digital transformation in the financial and banking sector
