Mr Gentzsch is from Switzerland and looking after 4 properties in Danang, whereby the Furama Resort and the Aryana Convention Center are well known leading properties. He has 35 years’ experience in hospitality and tourism with responsibilities for up to 3000 employees.

After studying mathematics, he became an award-winning chef, then graduated with honors in a Swiss Hotel School and an Airline Catering Management Program and worked in leading hotels and international chains in 5 regions of the world.

Mr Gentzsch`reputation is based on awards and his relationship with authorities and locally owned companies. He is often invited as a speaker to events or to support tourism related projects involving governments, authorities and airlines.

He holds diplomas as a teacher for hospitality and as a leadership trainer and is respected for grooming local talents into managerial positions, particularly during his nearly 10 years in Vietnam.

Mr Gentzsch represent the German Business Association and the Swiss Business Association in Central Vietnam and is Vice Chairman of the EuroCham Tourism & Hospitality Committee
